Can I calculate two taxes on a quote?
Yes. Use Tax 1 and Tax 2 for regions with multiple taxes. Turn on tax-on-tax when the second tax should apply to the subtotal plus the first tax.
How do quote discounts work?
Quote discounts can be a fixed dollar amount or a percentage. You can apply the discount before taxes or after taxes depending on how you want to present the estimate.
Can I discount individual line items?
Yes. Turn on line item discounts to add percentage or dollar discounts to each item instead of using one quote-level discount.
Can I add my own company logo?
Yes. Upload an image from your device and it will appear in the quote preview and print layout. The image stays in your browser while you work.
What is the difference between a quote and an invoice?
A quote or estimate shows expected costs before work begins. An invoice is the final bill requesting payment for completed or approved work.
